A New Metric for Social Media Success

Razorfish has released a report on social-influence marketing that debunks three social-media myths: that companies have figured it out; that TV ads are dead; and that you can’t measure success on the social Web. The report offers the SIM Score, a scale that measures the effectiveness of online campaigns. Among its findings from six months of surveys and data collection is that 60% of consumers don’t seek out opinions of brands through social networks. Read more
